Refund Policy
A request may be submitted only when an item arrives damaged or defective, the wrong item was sent, or the product materially differs from its description. This is not a no-reason return program.
Contact us within 30 days after delivery and include the order number, ordering email, a clear explanation, and photographs or video showing the issue. Do not send anything back without written authorization. We will review the evidence and may request additional information. An approved claim may result in a replacement or a refund to the original payment method. Original shipping charges and unauthorized returns are not automatically refundable.
