Shipping Policy

We ship eligible orders to the destinations offered during checkout. Orders normally need 1–2 business days for processing before they leave the fulfillment location.

After dispatch, estimated transit is 2–4 business days. This window is an estimate rather than a guarantee because carrier operations, weather, holidays, and regional conditions can change delivery timing.

Any free-shipping offer is determined and displayed at checkout. Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Tracking is sent when available. Report a delayed, lost, marked-delivered but missing, or damaged parcel promptly with the order details and supporting photographs when relevant. Carrier findings may be required before a replacement or other resolution is approved. Some products or destinations may be restricted.
